01 · Fisher Island

Fisher Island

A private sales room — multi-touch table at the center, surrounded by Ultra High-Def video walls. Brokers became composers, scoring a custom journey for each client. The invite-only website previewed every balcony view — shot by octocopter, before the building existed.

02 · Ritz-Carlton

Ritz-Carlton Sales Center

Same experience as Fisher, refined for Ritz-Carlton's Sunny Isles residences. The interface was custom-drawn in the Ritz's legendary service language. A butler button on the table summoned real staff for concierge, dining, or transport — without breaking the flow of the room.
